Everybody knows just how much Willow and Evelyn LOVE dogs! They love knowing about them and love learning about what dogs can do to help those in need! So this August, the girls would love to do their bit to help raise funds to train these special dogs. So…
We’ve gone barking mad and we are taking part in the PAWGUST challenge to raise funds for Blind Low Vision NZ’s guide dogs.
Rain, hail or shine, this August we will be walking every single day!
Did you know it costs in excess of $100,000 to breed, raise and train just ONE Guide Dog?! And with thousands of dogs being trained each year, every dollar counts. We need your help so that together, we can create a world where everyone who needs a Guide Dog, has a Guide Dog.

Day 23 - Well enough for a walk to see the lambs
Day 18 & 19 - Willow now has Flu A, both needing lots of rest to recover!
Day 17 - Little walk today while Evelyn still recovers from the flu
Day 15 - Solo walk for Willow while Evelyn naps with Flu A
Day 13 - a quick walk after a lot of rain!
Day 10 - a walk along the pathway
Day 9 - Out between rain showers
Day 8 - Spotted ducks on our walk this morning
Day 4 - Quick 1.05km walk with Nana and counting our money. $1 = 1 bead
DAY 3 - Quick 1.5km walk around the block
Day 2 - nice 2.2km walk out at Cornwallis
