These terms, together with any entry information and/or additional terms and conditions specified by the Blind Low Vision NZ apply to the Royal Canin PAWGUST Giveaway. These Terms are a contract between each entrant (you) and Blind Low Vision NZ (organiser).

Prize: The prize for first place is 6 months' worth of Royal Canin pet food for one pet in the house based on your pet's nutritional feeding requirements. The prize for second and third place is 3 months' worth of Royal Canin pet food for one pet in the house based on your pet's nutritional feeding requirements. The prize is not transferable or redeemable in cash and any unused credit will not be refunded. Lost, defaced, altered or stolen vouchers are non-replaceable, non-refundable and cannot be redeemed. Royal Canin reserves the right to cancel the prizes mentioned, for any reason, at any given time, without notice. Royal Canin reserves the right to amend the conditions of the prize. Prize winners are responsible for arranging and paying for all costs associated with the prize Blind Low Vision NZ does not explicitly state the time of entry. Blind Low Vision NZ may replace the prize with another prize of equivalent or greater value if the prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside Blind Low Vision NZ's reasonable control. Where the prize is to be delivered to the winner, the prize must be delivered to a New Zealand address. Blind Low Vision NZ makes no guaranties about the prize (including as to its quality or fitness for purpose).
How to enter: To be eligible to win this prize, you must register for PAWGUST as an individual, raise a minimum of $48 of donations on your fundraising page on the PAWGUST website and meet the eligibility criteria below.
Who may enter: Open to residents of New Zealand who are 18 years or older as at the date of entry. Entry into this Giveaway is contingent on meeting the specific criteria outlined for that Giveaway. Incomplete entries may not be accepted. Generally, entries may not be modified after submission.
Number of entries: You may only enter the giveaway once.
Winner: The winner(s) of the prize will be drawn randomly from one prize pool comprising all valid entries received, by Blind Low Vision NZ on 8 August 2025. Contacting the winner: The winner will be announced after determination. Blind Low Vision NZ will take reasonable steps to contact the winner(s) by using the contact details provided at the time of entry. If Blind Low Vision NZ cannot contact a winner within one week after the winner is announced or if the winner is otherwise unable to accept the prize, then the winner will forfeit the prize and Blind Low Vision NZ may select a new winner.
Promotion: Winners may be required to participate in promotional activities as reasonably requested by Blind Low Vision NZ. Participation in promotional activities will only occur with the winner's explicit consent or permission.
Privacy: Blind Low Vision NZ may collect and use personal information about you (including your name, contact details, and any other personal information you provide in connection with your entry) for the purpose of administering the Giveaways, verifying the validity of entries, contacting winners and checking winners' identities. As certain information is required for us to run the Giveaways effectively, if you do not provide accurate information where we request, you may be disqualified from the Giveaway. Blind Low Vision NZ will collect, use and hold your information in accordance with the privacy policy of Blind Low Vision NZ. Liability: Subject to any applicable law that cannot be excluded, Blind Low Vision NZ and prizes providers will not be liable for any loss or damage (whether in contract, tort (including negligence), under statute, equity or otherwise in connection with the Giveaways or the prize(s)). Without limiting the previous sentence, Blind Low Vision NZ is not responsible for any late, misdirected or incorrectly completed entries, or any technical malfunction, delay or loss of data that occurs during the administration of each Giveaway, however caused.
General: Blind Low Vision NZ's decisions regarding the Giveaway are final and no correspondence will be entered into. Blind Low Vision NZ may change these Terms at any time. If Blind Low Vision NZ cannot reasonably run any of the Giveaways as planned for any reason, Blind Low Vision NZ may cancel or alter the Giveaway.
Social media: The competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Meta and/or other social media channels. You completely release Meta and/or other social media channels from any and all liability associated.
